Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

Alternately you could call our customer care number +91 9821854144 between the hours of 11 am and 7 pm Monday to Saturday (excluding National / Public Holidays) and our team will assist you. The shipping cost of the piece for alteration would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the piece being sent to you after alteration.
We do not provide any refund on goods sold. If there is any quality issue which is brought to our notice in 48 hours, in such a case we will replace the piece or provide store credit, provided the piece meets our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. This amount would be credited into your wallet and can be utilised against any purchase in future.
