Return And Exchange Policy
Returns
We attempt to ensure that all our pieces are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, however due to circumstances beyond our control, your purchase is eligible for a return if:
- There may be an occasional damage/ defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the piece. We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible, within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at studio@pankajnidhi.com with all details.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you that is the product you have received does not match the item in the order confirmation email or you have received a product different from what you chose on the website. We request you to send us images within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at studio@pankajnidhi.com with all details.
- If you received a product that was damaged in transit. Kindly retain an image/ video of the damaged outer packaging before you open the product and email us at studio@pankajnidhi.com with all details.
Alternately you can call our customer care number +91 9821854144 between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:00 pm IST Monday to Saturday (excluding National / Public Holidays) and our team will assist you. Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in with the tags intact. If eligible for return, the shipping cost of the return from your address to our warehouse and the replacement piece from the warehouse to your address both will be borne by us. We would need at least 30 working days for a replacement to be provided in this instance, and request your patience, should this situation occur.
Goods are replaced in the same style, subject to availability of inventory. In the unlikely event we are unable to for some reason provide you with a replacement piece, we would provide you with a store credit which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us.
Refunds
We do not provide any refund on goods sold. If there is any quality issue which is brought to our notice in 48 hours, in such a case we will replace the piece or provide store credit within 7 days, provided the piece meets our return and refund policies stated above. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. This amount would be credited into your wallet and can be utilized against any purchase in the future.
Exchange
Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns since our garments are all on a made to order basis. Please go through our size chart or call on our customer care number +91 9821854144 to assist you with the right size for you.
However, in case of alterations of our Made To Measure orders, we will be happy to assist you. The shipping cost of the piece for alteration from your address to our warehouse would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the piece being sent to you after alteration. No exchange, no return, no refunds and no alterations possible on sale/ discounted merchandise.
