We ship worldwide.
- Free shipping on all domestic orders worth Rs. 10,000 and above.
- Free shipping on all international orders worth Rs. 35,000/ US $500 and above.
- Orders placed within India will not be eligible for shipping to international addresses.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

DELIVERY
Pankaj & Nidhi endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Pankaj & Nidhi fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Pankaj & Nidhi may at its discretion charge you for any additional shipping, handling costs and/ or any duties, taxes that may have been incurred in processing such an order.
Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All domestic orders from the Ready to Ship section should take about 7-10 days for delivery from the date of purchase. For all other orders, delivery timelines are ascribed in the Product Description section.

PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchases/services on PankajAndNidhi.com by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Pankaj & Nidhi. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
Pankaj & Nidhi may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Pankaj & Nidhi which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorization for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery is not available for orders outside India. In case you are ordering from outside India and COD is chosen as mode of payment, the order will be cancelled.
All cash on delivery orders (sale or full price merchandise) within India, require a prior deposit of 30% of the order value, payable via bank transfer or online payment link. The payment must be made within 30 minutes of the order being placed, else it will be cancelled.
You can request for the payment link at +91 98218 54144. Selecting the COD option and checking out does not complete the purchase process. Only when the 30% deposit has been paid via the payment link, will the order be processed by us.
TAXES & DUTIES

For International customers:
